kinhph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinhph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kinhph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kinhph immediately via the live chat support function on the Platform.
kinhph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods may change from time to time and kinhph does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method.
The minimum deposit on kinhph is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. kinhph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. kinhph will return funds received from third-party payment sources and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
kinhph processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. kinhph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
All transactions on kinhph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a Player's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider. kinhph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party providers.
All bets placed on kinhph are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. kinhph will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
kinhph will not accept a bet that exceeds the available balance in your account. You must ensure that your account holds sufficient funds before placing any wager. kinhph does not offer credit facilities of any kind.
kinhph reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other integrity concerns relating to the event on which the bet was placed.
Each game and betting market available on kinhph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that particular game or market.
kinhph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds credited to your kinhph account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. kinhph reserves the right to cancel Bonus Funds that remain unused after the stated expiry period.

kinhph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the rights of Players who have already validly claimed the offer and are in the process of satisfying its requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kinhph. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kinhph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Where kinhph is found liable to a Player under these Terms, kinhph's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their kinhph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kinhph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) kinhph is required to do so by a regulatory authority; (c) kinhph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) a Player has requested self-exclusion under kinhph's Responsible Gaming policy.
You may request the closure of your kinhph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kinhph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the Player in advance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account to avoid such fees.
